If the EcoSys Mobile App has issues connecting to the EcoSys Server, the following "Couldn’t Connect" page appears:
This can happen for several reasons, the most common being:

The server is down, or the mobile device cannot connect to the server.

The server URL was entered incorrectly.

There was a problem with the user login.
Check the server connection and select Try again to connect to the EcoSys Server or select Review Credentials if the server details are incorrect.
