This procedure enables you to create a new fund request. Once the new fund request is created, a log entry appears in the Fund Request Log panel and the status of the fund request becomes Open.

  1. Navigate to Projects > Project Fund Requests.

  2. Click the Actions list, select Create Fund Request.

    The Create Fund Request dialog box appears.

  3. Type the required Fund Request Name.

  4. Click the Fund Request Type ellipsis and select the required fund type. The available fund types are:

    • Approval to Spend: Select this if the project has funds allocated previously.

    • Additional: Select this if the project does not have sufficient funds allocated or no funds are allocated.

  5. (Optional) Type a Comment.

  6. Click the Run button. The Create Fund Request confirmation dialog box appears.

  7. Click the OK button. In the Fund Request Register panel, the new fund request appears and the Fund Request Status is Open.

    • To view the log entry, click the Log tab.

    • To view the status of the risk, click the Fund Request Register tab.
