This procedure allows you to add, view, edit, and delete actions pertaining to the risk.

  1. In the Portfolio Risk Details panel, click the Action Items tab. The existing action items appear.

    • By default, the last selected risk appears in the Risk ellipsis. To change the risk, click the Risk ellipsis in the green parameter bar and select the required risk.

    • You can customize the view of the action items from the view settings.

  2. Click the Insert Row icon to add a new action item.

  3. Enter the below information:

    • ID: Type a unique ID of the action item.

    • Description: Type the description of the action item.

    • (Optional) Owner Email: Type the email address of the risk owner.

    • (Optional) Due Date: Select the date when the action item is to be implemented on the risk.

  4. (Optional) Click the ellipsis to select the required values in the below fields:

    • Priority - The priority of the action item implementation. The available values are listed below:

      • H - High

      • L - Low

      • M - Medium

    • Status - Status of the action item. The available values are listed below:

      • CLS - Closed

      • DFT - Draft

      • OPN - Open

  5. Click the Save icon.

    • To edit the existing action item, update the information and Click the Save icon.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected action item.
