This procedure allows you to upload the fund related documents and add its associated hyperlinks.

In the Fund Details panel, click the Documents tab.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

By default, the last selected fund appears in the Fund ellipsis. To change the fund, click the Fund ellipsis in the tool bar and select the required fund.

To view the existing attached documents, click the Attachment hyperlink.

To view the existing document URL, click the URL hyperlink.

Click the Insert Row icon to add a new row.

Type the required Description.

Click SAVE.

(Optional) Attach the required document files. Follow the procedure below to attach the required document files.

Click the Attachment field. The Attachment dialog box appears.

Click the Upload button. The Upload Document dialog box appears.

Click the Choose File button to select a file to upload and click the OK button. The Attachment dialog box appears.
The document details appear in the Attachment dialog box.

Type the description of the document in Document Description.

Click the Close button. The selected file is attached in the Documents tab.

Click SAVE.

(Optional) Add the required hyperlink. Follow the procedure below to add the hyperlink.

Type the required web address of the fund document in the Comment or URL column.

Click SAVE. The web address typed in the Comment or URL column auto-populates as a hyperlink in the URL column.
Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete a selected row.
