This procedure allows you to mark deliverables as complete before a project’s stage gate can be submitted for review. It can also be used to maintain the list of deliverables for the project’s stage gate.

Stage gate deliverables are initially populated when an opportunity is approved from a stage gate-specific list maintained by an administrator.

  1. In the Gate Review panel, click the Gates & Deliverables tab. This displays the stage gates in the Gates panel.

  2. For each stage gate, do the following:

    1. Click the ID or Name of the stage gate. The deliverables set for the stage gate appear in the Deliverables panel.

    2. In the Deliverables panel, click the Insert Row icon to add a new deliverable.

    3. Enter the ID and Description.

    4. (Optional) Select the Estimated Date of the deliverable.

    5. (Optional) Select the Actual Date of the deliverable.

    6. Select the Complete check box corresponding to each deliverable.

    7. Select the Mandatory check box corresponding to each deliverable.

    8. Click SAVE.

    • Click the Delete Row(s) icon to delete the existing deliverables.

    • In the Gate Register panel depending upon on the number of deliverables completed, the complete percentage is calculated and appears in the Current Gate % Complete column in the Gate Register panel.

    • In the Gate Register panel, the number of deliverables completed appears in the <StageGateName> Completed Deliverables column where <StageGateName> is the name of the stage gate setup by the administrator.

    • In the Gate Register panel, the number of deliverables incomplete appears in the <StageGateName> Remaining Deliverables, where <StageGateName> is the name of the stage gate setup by the administrator.
