This procedure allows you to create an unapproved budget based upon the objects mapped. You can then use the Original Budget screen (Budgets > Original Budget) to continue the project budgeting process.

All costs must be mapped to a CCL prior to running the Create Unapproved Budget from Estimate action.

Before you run Create Unapproved Budget from Estimate action again, make sure all Unapproved Original Budget line items have been cleared in the Original Budget screen (Budgets > Original Budget).

Navigate to Estimating > Structure Mapping.

Click the Actions list and select Create Unapproved Budget from Estimate.

Click the Project ellipsis and select the required project.
The Project displayed in the toolbar at the top of the screen is the only project available for
selection in the Create Unapproved Budget from Estimate dialog.

Click RUN.
