Generate Actual Details by Selected Periods Report - EcoSys - 4.11 - Help - Hexagon

To view the Actual Details by Selected Periods report, perform any of the following actions.

• View the report in the Actuals screen:

  1. Navigate to Progress > Actuals.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the Actual Details by Selected Periods tab.

  4. Click the ellipsis for each of the below parameters and select the required values.

     1. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

     2. Click the Project Period ellipses and select the project period. By default, the last selected period appears.

  5. Type the number of Past Periods.

  6. Click the Run icon. The Actual Details by Selected Periods report appears.

• View the report from the Reports menu:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Actuals > Actual Details by Selected Periods.

  2. Click the ellipsis for each of the below parameters and select the required values.

     1. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project. By default, the last selected project appears.

     2. Click the Project Period ellipses and select the project period. By default, the last selected period appears.

  3. Type the number of Past Periods.

  4. Click the Run icon. The Actual Details by Selected Periods report appears.
