Generate Planned vs Actual Details by Periods Report - EcoSys - 4.11 - Help - Hexagon

To view the Planned vs Actual Details by Periods report, perform any of the following actions.

• View the report in the Actuals screen:

  1. Navigate to Progress > Actuals.

  2. Click the Reports tab.

  3. Click the Planned vs Actual Details by Periods tab.

  4. Click the ellipsis for each of the below parameters and select the required values.

     1. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project.

     2. Click the Project Period ellipses and select the project period.

  5. Type the number of Past Periods. The report Planned vs Actual Details by Periods appears.

• View the report from the Reports menu:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Actuals > Planned vs Actual Details by Periods.

  2. Click the ellipsis for each of the below parameters and select the required values.

     1. Click the Project ellipses and select the required project.

     2. Click the Project Period ellipses and select the project period.

  3. Type the number of Past Periods. The report Planned vs Actual Details by Periods appears.
