The Unapproved Cost and Unapproved Hours for budget detail line items can be created and modified using the Unapproved Budget Details panel and Contingency Builder panel.
The Contingency line item type consists of two categories, Risk-based and Non-risk-based. In Risk-based, the unapproved cost can be calculated by adding Risk value related to the particular project to the Contingency line item. In Non-risk-based, the unapproved cost can be calculated using three methods, Lump Sum, % of Budget, or Confidence Level on a range.
