EcoSys supports Smart APIs to retrieve data using the OData protocol, which enables a third-party application to obtain access to EcoSys data. To do so, an OAuth2 provider must be used to enable a third-party application to obtain limited access to an HTTP service. For more information on OAuth, refer to Overview of OAuth 2.0.
