If you already have an account established with Smart Community, you will also need an account on Hexagon University to access training.

Each site requires its own account.

However, you can use your Smart Community credentials to access Hexagon University instead of signing in with your separate Hexagon University password.
You can use the same username (your email address) and password for each account, but your credentials are maintained and stored separately by each site.
Signing in for the first time
If you access Hexagon University from Smart Community without having already registered a matching account on Hexagon University beforehand (using the same email address), a basic account is created on Hexagon University using the email and name information from Smart Community.

If our registration system recognizes your email domain as belonging to one of our existing customers, within a minute or so after you are signed into Hexagon University, your account will be updated to provide access to our training catalog.

If you are a new customer, or if our registration system for any reason does not recognize your email domain as belonging to an existing customer, you will be assigned to a holding area called “Hexagon University - Smart Community Users".

To access training, you will need to fill out a registration form so that we can manually process your registration.

While you wait in this group, you are assigned a training path that provides access to the form for sending us your registration information.
