If your email address doesn't match your company name, you may not be in the correct user group in Hexagon University. User groups control who can see your posts and comments in the Hexagon University forums.
Mapping to user groups is done by email address. For example, email addresses containing Hexagon.com are assigned to the Hexagon user group.
If you need to move to another user group, contact Support and let us know the name of your company or organization. If there are other people in your company who are in the wrong group, you can send us a single email with a list of all the names and email addresses of users who need to be in a different group.
