The management of users is handled under the Users which can be found under the Gear icon. New users may be added or deactivated here. Management of users is an administrative function.
To create a user, you must enter a First Name, Last Name, and Email. From the user record, you may initiate a password change by clicking the CHANGE PASSWORD button. Users may also reset their password within their own User Settings screen, or from the login screen.
Authorizations of what the user may do in the system is not configured within the User record. This is handled from the Group record.
If the customer is using Azure AD to manage account authentication, they may use the “Externally authenticated” option. Configuration of this is managed under the Settings menu.
