Displayed blank page with a report title - HxGN EAM - 12.0.1 - Installation & Upgrade

Problem

Reports run without error, but only a blank page is displayed with a report title.

Solution

Add the HxGN EAM Advanced Reporting Server as a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer.

1. Selecting Internet Options from the Tools menu and select the Security tab.

2. Select Trusted Sites and click the Sites... button.

3. Type in the full machine and domain name of the HxGN EAM Advanced Reporting Server (for example, http://MACHINE1.MYDOMAIN.COM), and then click OK.

   You may need to clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box to add the entry to the list of trusted sites.
