The latest version of HxGN EAM supports Oracle versions 19.14.0.0.0 and 21.3.0.0.0.
Database upgrades should be done by a qualified DBA who has knowledge of Oracle and
SQL-related errors. If you have any questions, please contact the Hexagon Support
