You can manually create external repair requisitions on the Requisitions screen, but you can also generate them automatically on the Generate Requisitions screen. Make sure that under the Requisition Options you select the Generate External Repair Requisitions check box.
Then on the Parts Preview tab select the rows you want to include and click Generate. The system will add parts to the same requisition if the repair details of the parts reference the same Preferred Supplier.
