Before uninstalling the remote agent, you must stop the application.

To stop the application in Windows, you must first stop two HxGN EAM Remote Agent services.

  1. Create a backup of the data.

  2. Navigate to <app-home>/_uninst, and run uninstaller.exe on Windows or run uninstaller.bin on Linux as an administrator.

  3. Click Finish.
