Add general ledger (GL) process schedule information to create or update scheduling information on the Integration Server to specify when to run existing GL processes. See Defining general ledger processes Define parameters to enable general ledger processes to dynamically construct an SQL select statement to transfer transaction information from EAM to an ERP application. Dynamic SQL enables you to configure the selection and processing of EAM transactions based on the needs of your organization..

If you add new schedule information for GL processes, the existing schedule information for the process on the Integration Server is replaced with the new schedule information.

To add general ledger process schedule information:

  1. Select Administration > Databridge > GL Process.

  2. Select the GL process for which to check schedule information, and then click the Record View tab.

  3. Click Check Schedule. The existing schedule information is displayed on the Integration Server for the selected GL process.

  4. Specify this information:

    Run on Day(s) and of the month at - Select the day(s) of the month on which to run the GL process, and then select the time of the day at which to run the GL process.

  5. Click Add Process. The schedule information for running the GL process is added to the Integration Server and updates Schedule.
