The partner must have a web server that provides an URL for receiving Databridge HTTP messages, including Databridge outbound documents, and the processing status messages (CONFORM BOD) that indicate the processing status for inbound messages.

Additionally, you must enter the web server access information in the Response Details section of the Databridge Partners form as displayed in the screen shot below.

See Configuring Databridge partners.

The response detail information must include the following:

Detail

Description

Address

The URL of the HxGN EAM/Databridge web server.

User ID

The user ID to log into the web server receiving messages.

Password

The password of the User ID.

Retry Count

The number of retries the Databridge server should carry out if the receiver fails to receive the message.

Retry Interval

The number of minutes to wait between each retry attempt.

If you have different web server access information for s specific Databridge outbound document subscription, you can enter the information listed above on the Subscriptions page of the Partners form. See Setting up partner subscriptions.

Information entered Subscription page will overwrite the one entered in the Response Details section on the Record View.

The format of an incoming message from Databridge is the same as the information described above for sending a message to Databridge.

If the receiving web server receives the message successfully, it must respond with HTTP OK status (200). If not, it must respond with an HTTP failure code that includes error information to help the operator with troubleshooting. If Retry Count and Retry Interval are set as indicated above, Databridge will attempt to resend the message if the receiver responds with a HTTP failure status.
