After installing the app, the user must configure their login credentials using Settings. Selecting this option opens the Settings form.
The user can either manually key in the Tenant and Endpoint information, or Scan QR code, to populate this information. A QR code for the build, you are connecting to, can be generated in base EAM, using the "QR Codes Setup" screen.
After entering all the credentials, the connection can be checked for accuracy, by touching the Test Connection button. This checks the server connection and give errors, if any.
If Enable Single Sign On, is ON, the user must have a valid value for the DYNSSOTN install parameter, on the base EAM build.
If Enable Biometric Login, is ON, the user can use biometrics login (Face or Touch – Depending on what is configured for the device and operating system).
