In this example, the HVAC-1 document will be updated.

Click the Upload Document button (or right click and select Upload Document).

Type in or browse for the file to be uploaded and click Submit.
The Record View reappears with the updated File Path field and the original source filename in the Filename field.
When a document is replaced on the HxGN EAM server by a new document, the file name of the replaced document is modified by adding the prefix "Obsolete_" to the file name.
