If you have not previously registered, you must register first as a customer in Portfolio Manager.

Go to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager Registration and Login screen.

Click Create a New Account.

Enter your information and click Create My Account.
You will receive an email confirmation. The final step in creating your Portfolio Manager account is to click on the link in that email to verify your email address. Then login to your new account.
