If the asset is not GAS Tracked, the system will not attempt to calculate energy costs. If the asset is not metered for Actual Consumption, the system will not attempt to calculate energy costs. The Utility Rate table is used to determine Average Utility Rate for a commodity (e.g., Electricity).
