Age Based Condition Protocol - HxGN EAM - Version 11.07.01 - Feature Briefs - Hexagon

System will calculate the Condition Score as follows:

1. ServiceLife =

   • Service Life (years) of the equipment.

   • If blank use same value from the Equipment Class Definition screen where Category is the same as that of the equipment, or if blank, Class is the same as that of the equipment.

2. Increment = ( Condition Score End – Condition Score Start ) / ServiceLife

3. Set ReferenceDate = Commission Date

   • If on the equipment Correction Condition Score is not blank and Correction Date is not in the future, then use Correction Date instead of Commission Date

   • If Commission Date is in the future, then use Sysdate.

4. StartScore = Condition Score Start

   • If on the equipment Correction Condition Score is not blank and Correction Date is not in the future, then use Correction Condition Score instead of Condition Score Start.

5. ConditionScore = ( Sysdate – ReferenceDate ) / 365 * Increment + StartScore

6. EndofUsefulLife = ( Condition Score Threshold – ConditionScore ) / Increment * 365 + Sysdate
