The sync process for Mobile Transit has been updated to include consideration for work orders containing activities that have been dispatched to the mobile user’s associated employee.
In addition to downloading work orders assigned to the employee via the Assigned To field on the Work Order record view or scheduled to the employee via the Schedule Labor tab for Work Order, the system will also download work orders that have an activity that is dispatched to the employee.
If any of these 3 conditions are met, then the work order will be downloaded to the employee’s device.

Dispatch Date for the dispatched WO activity must be <= system date to be downloaded.

If the employee, associated to the logged in user, is a valid member of a crew for which a WO activity is dispatched and the Determines Crew Location for Dispatching checkbox is selected for that employee, then WO activities dispatched to the Crew will be downloaded to that employee’s device. This means that all employees in a Crew will not get the work order downloaded. Only the employee with this checkbox selected will get the work order. The breadcrumbs from this user’s device will be used to locate the Crew on the GIS Map WO Dispatching screen map.

The employee is a valid member of the crew if BOTH conditions are met:

The Crew is not expired as of the system date.

The system date is within the employee’s crew Start/End Date range.
