Depending on how you want to manage your assets across your organization or multiple organizations, you may want to consider setting different organizations if you are part of a hospital system which may include different hospitals, medical office buildings, or a medical practice group, and you want to keep assets, work history, and finances separated. You can edit your organizations, as necessary.
Example: Charleston Healthcare System (CHS) is a multi-hospital system which includes two stand-alone hospitals (City Children’s Hospital and Northwest Medical Center) at different campuses and City University Physicians Group, consisting of 25 medical practice buildings. To keep the assets, work history and finances separated, you can create three separate organizations (two for each hospital and one for the physicians’ group).
