Open the Maps form.

Select the map for which to copy, and then click the Record View tab.

Right-click, and then select Copy Map.

Specify this information:
Map - Specify a unique code identifying the new map, and then provide the new map description in the adjacent field.
Organizations - Specify the organization of the new map.
Parameters - Select to copy the GIS map parameters to the new map.
Comments - Select to copy the comments to the new map.
Documents - Select to copy the documents to the new map.

Click Submit.
