View KPI history to review the results of KPI calculations. A record in KPI history is generated when the score for a KPI is calculated. Updating the KPI is optional.

  • KPI drivers must be running to populate the History page.

  • You can only view the history of a KPI if you selected Maintain History on the KPI Codes form.

  1. Select Administration > Start Center Setup > KPI Setup.

  2. Select the KPI for which to view history, and then click the History tab.

  3. View the KPI history.
