Select Administration > Setup > Printers.

Click New Record.

Specify this information:
Organization - Specify the organization to which the printer belongs if you use multi-organization security.
Printer - Specify a printer code to link the printer to a specific device, and then specify a description of the printer in the adjacent field.
Printer is case sensitive; it accepts mixed-case records.
Destination - Specify a unique destination identifying the path to the printer.
Special - Select this check box to prevent the printer from being displayed in the Printer lookup when printing reports.

Click Save Record.
