Add, updated, or delete triggers to be included in a customer survey.

To add triggers to a customer survey:

  1. Select Operations > Customer Surveys.

  2. Select the customer survey to which to add triggers, and then click the Triggers tab.

  3. Click Add Trigger.

  4. Specify this information:

    Entity Trigger - Specify the entity trigger, such as Work Order or Call Center.

    Status Trigger - Specify the status trigger.

    Email Source - Specify the email source.

  5. Click Out of Service check box to prevent the trigger from being included in the customer survey.

  6. Click Submit.
