To reject work requests:

Select Work > Review Work Requests.

Select one or more work requests to reject, and then click Reject.
Double-click a work request to view its details.

Enter the reason for rejection.

Specify this information:
Use Reason for All - Select if you are rejecting multiple work requests and the reason for rejection applies to all of the work requests.

Click OK.
The system removes the rejected work requests from the list, and then sets the system status of the work requests to Rejected.
