Defining manufacturer information - HxGN EAM - 12.0.1 - Help - Hexagon

To define manufacturer information:

1. Select Materials > Setup > Manufacturers.

2. Click New Record.

3. Specify this information:

   Organization - Specify the organization to which the manufacturer belongs if you use multi-organization security.

   Manufacturer - Specify a unique code identifying the manufacturer, and then enter a description of the manufacturer in the adjacent field.

   Class - Specify the class of the manufacturer. The classes shown belong to the MANU entity. The system automatically populates Class Org.

   Supplier - Specify the manufacturer’s supplier. The system automatically populates Supplier Org.

   Out of Service - Select if the manufacturer is out of service.

4. Click Save Record.
