Description
Define classes for most entities. Separate a single entity into groups as necessary, most often for cost analysis. For example, you can assign classes to equipment, and then give all air conditioning units a class of HVAC. With this information, the application can provide an analysis that compares the cost of maintaining all HVAC units.
