  1. Navigate to ION-API Application in Mingle and select Infor Non-Provisioned Suites in dropdown and select Add New ‘+’ button to created new API Suite Click on Add New API Suite.

  2. Select HxGN EAM from the group of API Suite templates provided

  3. The API Context is defaulted to EAM which can remain as is or be revised to something more meaningful as indicated.

  4. Click on Add Deployment under Deployment Information section and enter the values as follows:

    • The protocol should be set to HTTPS so enable Use HTTPs

    • Enter the EAM application server address in the host name text box.

    • Provide the port number of the Application Server (if it is not the default 443 of HTTPS).

    • Provide the EAM tenant in the Default Tenant ID

    • Switch off the "Use Manual SSL" option and select "OAuth 1.0 a" under the Authentication Type dropdown.

  5. Since Authentication Type is selected as OAuth 1.0a new fields will be enabled in Target Endpoint Security section.

    • Select HMAC-SHA256 from Algorithm dropdown

    • Enter any user choice values for Access Key and Secret Key

      Values entered in Access Key and Secret Key will be validated against OAuth Install Parameters in EAM, user needs to setup the install parameters in EAM, please refer to OAuth Setup for more details

      *For MT cloud environment, this requirement is supported by the cloud automation, there is no need for further setup.

  6. Click Save to create the API.

  7. Click on the link under the Deployed Endpoints and ensure the target endpoint is axis/services/EWSConnector which is the WebSErvice End point for EAM.

  8. Click on the Endpoints tab and copy the URL after the Ming.le tenant, this will be used in Widget Configuration.
