Associate a Checklist to a Task Plan. A list of items that need to be individually marked as completed or not completed can be associated to the Task Plan (see the image below). This Checklist is copied to work order activities so the maintenance technician, or housekeeper in the Hospitality Edition, can document which Checklist items were completed.
Task Plan Checklists are most often used in hospitality for completing periodic room/building inspections. These can be impromptu inspections or those related to a maintenance pattern.
Checklists have an advantage over Task Plan Instructions because item can be individually flagged for completion. In addition, they are much easier to setup and manage than conventional inspections within HxGN EAM.
