Two properties in ADVREP_PROPERTIES.xml (and their defaults) control logging in and what users can see and access:

allow_consumer_login (default=true)

allow_consumer_access_to_report_folders (default=false)
If allow_consumer_login is true, consumer users can log in to Advanced Reporting directly. This will allow consumer users to log in and run a report sent via an e-mail link.
If allow_consumer_access_to_report_folders is false, consumer users cannot see any report folders when logging in to Advanced Reporting. Always set this value to false for the most secure reporting environment. Otherwise, consumer users have access to all reporting data regardless of their security settings in HxGN EAM.
