If a call Center Incident requires maintenance work for resolution, a work order will be created in EAM. The EAM work order will include a reference to the Call Center Incident.
Data will be transmitted to create a work order in HMS.

Work order data will be transmitted from EAM to HMS; transmitted data includes the equipment ROOM, STATUS/Priority of the work order and a comment with the associated work order number and short description of the work to be performed.
Completion of the work order in EAM will invoke a transmission of data to HMS to close the associated HMS work order.
