On the Deferred Maintenance screen, you can define activities for equipment that in the future can be associated to work orders for that equipment. The Deferred Maintenance screen should be familiar, so the focus here is only on the linear aspects of this screen.
This screen has the following important attributes relating to the linear aspect of the deferred maintenance activity:

From Point - Starting point of the deferred maintenance activity. Must fall between the Equipment Starting Point and the defined equipment length plus the Equipment Starting Point.

From Point Geographical Ref. - Free text field.

To Point - Ending point of the deferred maintenance activity. Must fall between the Equipment Starting Point and the defined equipment length plus the Equipment Starting Point.
