Internet connectivity is not a luxury that is always available in all locations in which work is being performed. This feature enables mobile users to seamlessly navigate between both of HxGN EAM's mobile applications. When install parameter DWOLINK is enabled, Digital Work will surface an item in the main menu tray to navigate to the EAM Transit app on the user's device; and if not installed, will bring the user to the relevant app store to download. It will also surface a button on the work order screen's action dropdown, that when selected, will bring the user to equivalent mapped work order screen in EAM Transit and open the work order the user had open in Digital Work. This functionality supports cloned work order screens, and a new field Mobile Deep Link Mapped Screen has been added on the Screens screen to provide a mechanism to create a relationship between EAM Transit and Digital Work ‘Work order’ screens. This button was added to all equipment screens in Digital Work where the user can open the equipment record in EAM Transit. In addition to manually selecting to navigate to EAM Transit, when the device loses connectivity, Digital Work will prompt the user that they are offline and ask if they would like to navigate to EAM Transit to continue their work there in offline mode.
