The following enhancements are delivered in this update:

  • Enhanced Search Capabilities

    • Lookup searches, when applicable, will remember last choice made when a drop-down source is available. The system will also now include ‘Global Search’ as an option to allow the user the ability to search on available fields within the lookup.

    • The main List View panels will allow for multiple fields searching using a comma separator between search items. Example: WO#, WO Type (12345, PM). The system will also remember the record selected and place when returning to list view from the Detail view.

  • Work Orders

    • Searching against all Work Orders will allow for Assigned By name or Assigned By description.

  • Work Orders – Detail Panel

    • Activity Start/Stop Timer button – When an activity exists against a selected Work Order, the detail panel will now give the user the ability to start and stop labor without having to go to the Activity panel. If there is more than one Activity assigned to the selected Work Order, the system will provide a quick select popup to allow the user to choose which Activity to start labor for.

    • Total Remaining Hours - List View and Detail Panels include Total Remaining Hours to allow the user the ability to sort by how much work is left in the list of assigned Work Orders.

  • Work | Activities Panel

    • Completed Items field will display per Activity when Checklists are associated. This will show the same Checklist counter that is visible from within the Checklist panel.

    • Start/Stop Timer is also accessible from the Activity list view, where labor timers can be started quickly without having to access the individual record.

  • Work Order | Checklist

    • System will default the Severity and Nonconformity Found if these are not yet selected when a Nonconformity Type is entered on a checklist line.

  • Work Order | Accomplishments

    • Lookup for Activity includes the Activity Number, Activity Note, and the Trade to allow for clearer choices when multiple Activities are assigned to a selected Work Order.

  • Activities | Book Labor

    • Copy Record can be performed by pressing the copy button to the right of each existing labor entry. This will allow the user to quickly copy existing labor to another technician.

  • Checklists

    • Organization Option CHCKLFUP has been expanded to allow for additional options when creating follow-up Work Orders. The values are as follows:

      • ON-ALL – When closing, populating Reviewed By, or Performed By, the system will automatically create the Follow-up Work Order or Deferred Maintenance when applicable.

      • ON-REVIEW – When populating Reviewed By, the system will automatically create the Follow-up Work Order or Deferred Maintenance when applicable.

      • ON-PERFORM – When populating Performed By, the system will automatically create the Follow-up Work Order or Deferred Maintenance when applicable.

      • ON-CLOSE – When closing, the system will automatically create the Follow-up Work Order or Deferred Maintenance when applicable.

    • Organization Option CHCKLEXP will allow the user to open the Checklist panel with the first line expanded when this option is set to ‘ON’. The default is ‘OFF’.

      • When a Checklist line is a Meter line, the system will display the Last Reading value as well as the Last Reading Date/Time.

  • Equipment

    • Two additional buttons added to the Detail panel for selected Equipment records:

      • Create Work Order – When pressed the system will open the Create Work Order panel with the Equipment information prepopulated, allowing for a quicker Work Order entry.

      • Update Meter Reading – If only one Meter exists, the Update Reading panel will open allowing the user to update the Meter, otherwise, if more than one Meter is associated to the selected record the system will take the user to the Meter Readings panel to select which meter they wish to update.

  • Equipment | Meters

    • Displayed information is more streamlined to match other screen panels within the mobile application. Records will also display the Last Reading and the Last Reading Date/Time.

  • Equipment | Open WOs

    • A search bar allows for users to search through existing Work Orders associated to the select Equipment record.

    • Additional slider option for quick filtering, Non-PM WOs, will give the user that ability to quick show/hide all Non-PM Work Orders for the selected Equipment record.

  • Equipment | Map View (ESRI) – Android Only

    • Support for Fused Location Provider can be enabled via setting within the application. Enabling Fused Location Provider will disable GPS, these settings will provide different levels of accuracy. The application has no control over the location accuracy.

  • Additional Items

    • Added support for OIDC login to mobile, an additional option is included on the setup screen from within the application.
