The following conditions are required to authenticate the HxGN EAM mobile apps with ION:

  • HxGN EAM server is provisioned through ION.

  • HxGN EAM mobile app(s) is installed on the mobile device.

  • The mobile device must have a camera available to scan ION API QR code.

  • A valid EAM user account must be configured as an HxGN EAM mobile user.
