Add a piece of equipment to the inspection to-do list, and then enter inspection results. To add equipment for inspection:

Select Inspect > Ad Hoc Inspection.

Click New Record.

Specify this information:
Equip - Specify the equipment requiring maintenance.

Click Save.

Click Yes.
