  • Activities List View

    • Fields: Activity, Task Plan Description, Trade, Material List, Start Date.

    • Buttons: Add Activity - shows the Activity (Insert mode) panel; Add Deferred Maintenance Activities - opens the Deferred Maintenance popup listing all Deferred Activities if any, for the work order equipment.

    • Completed Items for Checklist counter found on Checklist screen will display per Activity with associated Checklist.

    • Start/Stop Labor Timer can be used from the individual Activity line without having to access Activity Details panel.

    • User can select an Activity by touching a record, which will open the Activity Record View.

  • Activity Record View

    • First Panel of Work Order > Activity Record View.

    • Fields: Activity, Trade, Material List (protected), People Required, Estimated Hours, completed flag, Deferred Maintenance flag, Note, Time Worked, Start Date, End Date.

    • Buttons: Start - starts the timer for the logged in user for the selected Activity; Stop - stops the activity timer and logs in the time (between the clicking of start and end); Reset - resets the Activity timer; Edit Activity - shows the Activity (Edit mode) panel; Checklist - shows all task and job checklists, if any for the selected activity. This will open a standalone checklist popup listing all the checklist lines. User can edit, add comments to the items, and can also sign off on the checklist items.

  • Activity > Book Labor

    • Displays a list of all labor hours booked for the selected Activity.

    • Fields: Book Date, Employee Name, Type of Hours, Hours.

    • Buttons: Add Booked Labor - shows the Activity > Book Labor (Insert mode) panel. Copy Record – allows a user to copy existing labor entry opening the Book Labor panel in insert mode.

    • Activity > Book Labor (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Activity number (protected), Type of hours, Employee code, Department, Trade, Start Date, Start Time, End Time, Hours, Correction Flag.

  • Activity > Comments

    • Displays a list of all Comments for the selected Activity.

    • Fields: Comment, Date Created, Created By.

    • Buttons: Add Comments - shows the Activity > Comment (Insert mode) panel.

    • User can select a Comment by touching a record, which will show the Activity > Comment (Edit mode) panel.

    • Activity > Comments (Edit mode)

      • Fields: Comments.

      • Buttons: Delete - deletes the selected comment.

    • Activity > Comments (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Comments.

  • Activity > Planned Parts

    • Displays a list of all parts reserved for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Fields: Part Code, Quantity Planned, Activity number, Quick Issue/Return link.

    • User can select a Planned Part by touching a record, which will show the Activity > Planned Parts (Edit mode) panel.

    • Buttons: Add Part - adds a planned part and allows quantity to be specified.

    • Activity > Planned Parts (Edit mode)

      • Fields: Planned Quantity.

    • Activity > Planned Parts (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Activity Number (protected), Part Code, Condition (protected), Planned Qty.

    • Activity > Planned Parts (Quick Issue/Return link) - opens the Issue/Return (Edit mode) panel.

  • Activity > Issue/Return Parts (Edit mode)

    • Displays a list of all parts issued or return for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Fields: Part Code, Description, Qty., UOM, Store.

    • Buttons: Add Issue Return - allows a user to Issue or Return a part.

    • Activity > Issue/Return Parts (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Activity number (protected), Issue / Return Type, Department, Cost Code, Store, Material List (protected), Part Code, Bin, Lot, Condition (protected), Return Condition, Available Qty. (protected), Transaction Qty., Asset ID.

  • Activity > Additional Cost

    • Displays a list of all additional cost added to the Work Order > Activity.

    • Fields: Date, Cost Description, Type of Cost, Cost Amount.

    • Buttons: Add - allows a user to Add Additional Cost to the Work Order.

    • Activity - Additional Cost (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Cost Description, Activity number (protected), Equipment (protected), Related Work Order (protected), Cost Type, Date, Cost.

  • Activity > Schedule Labor

    • Displays all scheduled labor for the Activity.

    • Fields: Employee, Scheduled Date, Scheduled Hours, Shift.

    • Buttons: Add - allows a user to Schedule Labor for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Activity > Schedule Labor (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Activity (protected), Employee, Scheduled Date, Scheduled Hours, Scheduled By (protected), Trade, Shift, Act Sched, Hours, Act. Actual Hours.

  • Activity > Plan Tools

    • Displays all Tools which are planned for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Fields: Tool, Tool Description, Hours Requested, Qty. Requested.

    • Buttons: Add - allows a user to Plan a Tool for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Activity > Plan Tools (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Activity (protected), Tool, Hours Requested, Qty. Required, Total Hours Required (protected), Activity Duration (protected), Department, Daily Capacity.

  • Activity > Tool Usage

    • Displays Tool Usage for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Fields: Tool, Tool description, Date Used, Hours Used, Quantity.

    • Buttons: Add Tool Usage - allows the user to add Tool Usage for the Work Order > Activity.

    • Activity > Plan Tools (Insert mode)

      • Fields: Tool, Equipment, Related Work Order (protected), Department, Date Used, Activity (protected), Quantity, Hours Used, Rate(protected), Cost (protected).

  • Activity > Task Instructions

    • Displays the task instructions for the checklist, if any.

  • Activity (Insert mode)

    • Fields: Activity (protected), Note, Trade, Task Plan, People Required, Estimated Hours, Start Date, End Date, Material List (protected), Completed flag, Deferred Maintenance flag (protected), Linear Reference fields, UDF fields (if any).
