Screen permissions are defined per cloned Work Order screen.

Administration | Security | User Groups

Select the applicable user group that will have access to the cloned Work Order

Select the Mobile Menus tab. Note that all cloned Work Order screens will be listed here and defaulted to hidden. These cloned Work Orders must be made available per user group.

When the Screen has been made available for the selected user group, the administrator can go to the Mobile Screen Permissions tab.

The Mobile Screen Permissions for the cloned Work Order screen will have default values found in the mobile Work Order screen. These can be modified and saved per Work Order screen.
Full Sync is required from the mobile device when these steps have been completed.
