Data Sync Configuration can be done at a group or user level. If a user with Mobile administrator logs in, they will be able to create configuration for the entire group.
A limited view of Sync Configuration that consists of only Dataspy configurations
can be enabled for individual users through a checkbox in Base EAM (Administration
| Security | User Setup) by unchecking the Allow Mobile Sync Configuration checkbox.
This will allow users to update for Work Orders, Equipment and Permit to Work screens
only, no other information will display. The value of this checkbox will be ignored
for the selected user if the user is selected as a Mobile Administrator.
