New options supporting the notebook screen has been added to the sync config screen: Download Notebook check box and the For Latest (Months) field. The date limit, will set the limit for what records to download onto the mobile device, from base EAM (i.e. previous records created). For example, if the value is set to 5, the system will only download notebook records created 5 months before the current system date.
