Create crews. Be sure to populate the following new fields on the record view: Vehicle, Starting X Coordinate, and Starting Y Coordinate. The Vehicle is the vehicle the crew is assigned, and it may meet some of the WO activity qualifications along with the crew’s employees. Starting X Coordinate and Starting Y Coordinate are used to determine the crews starting and ending location each workday. The Constraint Optimizer uses this information to determine the crew’s optimal WO activity dispatching and sequencing for the day.
