The Optimized WO Sequence screen shows WO activities that are currently dispatched to the logged-in user’s employee, or the employee’s crew. See Crews/Employees for details of this association.
The WO activity can be dispatched via any of the methods available in EAM: shift dispatching, dynamic dispatching, or manual dispatching (i.e., via GIS Map WO Dispatching screen).
WO activities displayed must meet ALL the following criteria to be displayed on this screen:

WO system Status <> Awaiting Release or Completed.

Dispatch record exists for a crew/employee that meet the configuration requirements described in Crews/Employees.

Activity Completed check box is unselected.

Activity Dispatch Completed check box is unselected.

Assignment Status (system status) <> any of the org option ACTDISCP user statuses that indicates the dispatched resources should be made available for dispatch again (i.e., it does not need to be dispatched again).
Equipment for which these WO activities are to be displayed should have their X Location and Y Location populated. If these values are NOT populated or are invalid, they will NOT be displayed.
X Location should contain the Google map longitude position for the equipment, while Y Location should contain the Google map latitude location for the equipment.
For example, the White House in Washington, DC has the following coordinates (latitude, longitude): 38.89786, -77.03651
In EAM, the equipment record representing the White House should have the following coordinate values:

X Location = -77.03651 (i.e., x axis measures longitude)

Y Location = 38.89786 (i.e., y axis measures latitude)

A dispatch Sequence is NOT necessary for the WO activity to be displayed on this screen.
