  1. Unzip the EAM_Upload_Utility_v122_20241116 file to a temporary folder like c:\temp.

  2. On the Windows Control Panel, select Add or Remove Programs.

  3. Locate HxGN EAM Upload Utility and select Remove. Select Yes to remove the application when asked if you want to remove it.

  4. Go to the temp folder; execute Setup.exe to install the new Upload Utility.
