User may select Awarded to complete the RFQ process. Awarded/Closed prevents items from being awarded and prevents items from returning to Unfinished. When the RFQ is updated to Awarded/Closed, the system populates Awarded By and Awarded Date and calculates the RFQ Awarded Totals.
